Original Soundtrack: Doom At Your Service

Doom At Your Service — The drama may not be well-loved by viewers because the plot is too philosophically challenge however its the complete opposite for its soundtracks. It’s the first ever drama OST where all of the songs immediately appeal to me at first listen. This hardly ever happens. They are so easy to listen to!!!

Drama Preview: Abyss

I’m really looking forward to tvN’s upcoming drama Abyss starring Park Bo Young and Ahn Hyo Seop. The more I see the new previews the more I’m intrigued. I’ve always liked Bo Young so no matter what I was already set on checking this drama out. But now I see a cameo from Seo In Guk (as well as Jung So Min), I’m even more excited!

53rd Baeksang Arts Awards

IMG_20170504_114435

Snap! Here are our 53th Baeksang Art Award winners.

Frankly, it was the most boring Baeksang I had seen. I get bored from time to time watching these award shows because of the language barrier; however, this year’s Baeksang was boredom on a whole new level. It began at the red carpet where not one single star *wow* the floor. The dresses were all a big MEH.

I was contemplating of quitting the live streaming if it were not of Park Bo Gum with his little *BLUR* but cute stunt, and later the three crabs moves. After this, the show did get a little bit more interesting since it was time to announce the Best Actor and Actress awards.

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon Fashion: Do Bong Soon

20170310_170441_7724

I find Do Bong Soon’s wardrobe a bit complicated in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. The fashion team not only dresses her up overly cute and girly, but also layered her up with apparels I don’t think is easily found just anywhere. Most styles are not my cup of tea, but some does catch my eyes and it provides good ideas. Some of her clothes are petite too, so it may not fit tall or bigger sized girls.

Last Story: Goodbye Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

*Cries*

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon is really coming to an end, because jtBC has the casts bidding their farewell to us. Nooooo, I’m in no way ready to say goodbye to Bong Bong and Min Min. I reckon Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik have beaten out the Goblin couple and made it to my Top One favourite on-screen couple in 2017. There’s still 8 more months for new couples to rise, we’ll see if there are anymore new couples’ rapport are as powerful as theirs.

Original Soundtrack: Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

jtBC drama Strong Woman Do Bong Soon will officially wrap next week. Farewell to our addictive Bong Bong and Min Min, portrayed by Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik respectively. I’ll miss them—lots. Never had I imagine they would make such adorable cute couple, but they did; and I’m happy because they make drama viewing sooo much more enjoyable, especially when the story fail to impress. As if wanting the show to end with a bang, uri CEO Ahn a.k.a Min Min / male lead / ZE:A idol, Park Hyung Sik is wrapping the show up with his last OST. The song can already be heard in this week’s episodes, where the lyrics sounded a lot like Ahn Min Hyuk confessing his undying love and heart for his Bong Soon.

Although I wouldn’t put them in the same rank as Goblin or Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, the drama OST isn’t too shabby.

53th Baeksang Arts Awards Nominees

The vicious cycle starts again with 53th Baeksang Art Awards as they recently release the nomination lists. Almost every year I go on a rampage at the results for South Korea’s Award Shows, but I can’t ignore because I am a sucker for seeing stars dressing up prettily on the red carpet. I love seeing biases or drama couples I adore reunite and appear together for their nominated projects. This year’s Baeksang is as highly anticipated as 2014’s when I was infatuated with You Who Came From the Star.

Let’s take a look at the nominees for this year. I have chosen my winners in light blue, hehe.
