2020 is like seeing one of the disaster Hollywood movies come true. 2012, Armageddon, Contagion, Deep Impact you name it which I can no longer think or see them as merely just a movie—because the reflection where people panicked, fight, break in or kill feel pretty real now due to COVID-19 pandemic’s scare. It showed us humans’ natural instincts and true colours. I am still at awe at the sight of empty shelves in the supermarkets!

Whilst we all are in isolation or practising social distancing by staying at home, thank god this is an era of internet. What would we do if not without internet? For me, isolation/staying home isn’t difficult at all as long as I’ve dramas to keep me entertained, and thank goodness too that the entertainment world has been producing some good shows during the time in need.

Drama Review: One Spring Night

One Spring Night — a show best watch when the drama has completed airing, so that it can be binged without your blood pressure rising above the danger zone. When news broke out that Jung Hae In will reunite with PD Ahn Pan Seok and writer Kim Eun, I was not please. This is because I didn’t like how Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food (also known as Something in the Rain) turned out, and therefore very likely I may not like One Spring Night either. But I still gave it a shot; for Jung Hae In. For wanting to see him play a single father role, and I figure I should at least give the PD and writer another chance.
